Questions
Good to know
Which vaccinations are required?
All pets attending daycare, events or overnight stays must be current on DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella. We check records on arrival, and records are updated annually.
What should I bring for daycare?
Your dog’s own food, portioned and labelled, any medication with written instructions, and a comfort toy or blanket if it helps. We provide fresh water, premium training treats and a labelled bed for rest time.
What happens during the trial?
Your dog spends 2 hours with us so we can see how they handle group play, stress signals and social comfort. It is complimentary, and it is how we keep daycare safe and enjoyable for every dog.
What if my dog is unwell?
Please do not bring a dog showing signs of illness, diarrhoea, vomiting or any contagious condition. If a dog becomes unwell during the day, we send them home to rest.
Do you take cats?
Cats are welcome for overnight stays in The Bubble Suite and at Mezzanine cat socials. Daycare is for dogs.
How do I cancel?
Please give us 24 hours’ notice for daycare so we can offer the spot to another dog. Message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.
Questions about daycare or a stay?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will help you pick the right option for your pet.
